If you need a magical ‘anxiety-be-gone!’ spell, look no further. Just step outside for a while. Anxious thoughts can be curbed by walking away from the area of origin. It might be the nervous energy from other people transferring to you. Talking a walk outside is also a good idea for beating anxiety. Looking at different sights and sounds can work wonders for the mind.
