1. Child’s pose
The child’s pose is a great way to begin your yoga flow. It helps you to stretch out your back and hands while breathing deep. It can help you to enter a deep meditative state. The child’s pose is great during transition from poses such as cobra and downward facing dog.
2. Cobra pose
Cobra pose is an amazing yoga pose because it has numerous benefits including; stretching your ab muscles, toning the back muscles, opening up the lungs and improving breathing. It increases relaxation while reducing fatigue.
3. Downward facing dog
Among the top 10 yoga poses for beginners is what we call the downward facing dog. This pose hit just about all your muscles. It targets the hands, arms, back, shoulder, calves and thighs. It is important for strengthening the body as well as being a great stretch.
