How to pretend to be okay? Wake up in the morning, get out of bed and go about your everyday routines. There’s nothing that screams normal more than doing everything the same as every other day. Chances are, you won’t meet any surprises, and life will move on uninterrupted.

It’s easy to want to pretend that things are okay, when they are not. Find ways to healthily address your problems. Talk to friends and family. You can also seek professional help. The power of the mind is amazing. If you keep reassuring yourself of things that may be complete lies, you will eventually begin to believe them.
How to pretend to be okay? Learn to let go of limiting beliefs, and embrace anything that will make you feel better. I stopped believing in karma because I felt like after all my wrongdoings, something was going to go horribly wrong in my life. What’s there to lose by pretending that karma doesn’t exist? I gained so much peace by letting go of beliefs that don’t have any evidence.
